How we process online orders

Since our inventory is very fluid, seasonal, and variable, we prefer direct phone contact
so that your order is exactly what you want and so we can continue to provide the personal service
you have learned to expect from Good Earth Greenhouse.

• When you set up an account, we keep your information for current and future purchases.
• When you log in, you can view your previous purchases, edit your account, and make new purchases.
• You can make selections based on your previous lists.
• You can create new selection lists.
• From here you select the category you are interested in.
• Select the items you want and go on to other categories, or view your cart to review or finalize your order.
• Your cart shows the total cost based on your selections. This may be modified by us based on availability.
• When you submit your order, we will be notified
• We will call you to confirm that all items are availible and discuss options. This may change the total cost.
• Once all is completed, we will take your payment over the phone and prepare your order for pickup or delivery.
